Refund policy: All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Refund approval is not guaranteed and will be determined based on the circumstances of the order and the stage of production at the time the request is received. If a refund is approved, the refund amount will be reduced by any non-refundable costs already incurred by Oh Sweet Cotton Candy & Treats in preparing, producing or fulfilling the order including but not limited to ingredient purchases, custom materials, labor performed, and any applicable design or customization fees.
